Methodologies Of The Course | The methodologies used in “Effective Classroom Management” Erasmus+ KA1 Course is designed to provide participants with a practical, hands-on learning experience that will enable them to apply the concepts and strategies covered in the course to their own classroom practice. The course includes a variety of teaching methodologies, including:
1. Lectures and Presentations: Our experienced course trainers will deliver lectures and presentations that provide an overview of the key concepts and strategies related to effective classroom management. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions to deepen their understanding of the material. 2. Interactive Workshops: The course includes interactive workshops where participants will engage in activities and exercises designed to develop and practice their classroom management skills. These workshops will provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to experiment with new strategies and receive feedback from their peers and facilitators. 3. Learning Outcomes |
Upon completion of the “Effective Classroom Management” Erasmus+ KA1 Course, participants will be able to:
1. Understand the principles and theories of effective classroom management, and be able to apply them to their own teaching practice. 2. Identify factors that contribute to classroom disruptions and develop strategies to prevent and manage disruptive behaviour. 3. Develop positive relationships with students and foster a positive classroom culture that supports learning. 4. Establish clear expectations and routines for behaviour and learning, and effectively communicate these to students. 5. Use a variety of communication strategies to promote student engagement and facilitate learning. 6. Develop and implement a classroom management plan that meets the needs of their students and is tailored to the specific context of their teaching practice. 7. Reflect on their own teaching practice and identify areas for ongoing professional development in the area of classroom management. Overall, participants will leave the course with a deeper understanding of effective classroom management practices, a toolkit of strategies and skills that they can use to manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment, and a network of professional contacts and resources for ongoing learning and development. |
