Inclusive School Leadership: Strategic Management, Equity Frameworks, and Systemic Cultural Change is a professional development course designed for school leaders, teachers, coordinators, department heads, educational managers, and professionals who seek to build inclusive, equitable, and future-ready educational institutions.
As schools become increasingly diverse, educational leaders face the challenge of ensuring that every student has equitable access to learning opportunities, participation, achievement, and well-being.
This course explores how educational leaders can drive sustainable change through strategic management, equity-focused decision-making, inclusive policies, and organizational development.
Methodology
This course is based on strategic leadership development, systems thinking, collaborative learning, case-study analysis, experiential learning, reflective practice, organizational development approaches, action learning, peer learning, and practical school improvement planning.
