Eco-Friendly Classroom In The Digital Age

Course DescriptionThis Erasmus+ Ka1 course is for teachers who want to learn the strategies and methods to make their students sustainably minded and environmentally conscious. Through the Erasmus+ Staff Training course, teachers will learn how to structure lessons that emphasize sustainability, guide students in the process of developing sustainable habits and mindsets, and equip students with the skills needed to lead future generations in sustainability initiatives. Also, this course has been designed for teachers who want to engage students in taking positive actions that transform their lives.

  • apply those strategies in their own classroom

  • determine the effectiveness of their efforts in educating students on environmental sustainability
  • understand the concept of sustainability and how it affects the environment
  • develop lessons and activities that help students think critically about the impact of their actions on nature and resources
  • apply effective teaching strategies that encourage students to take responsibility for their decisions
  • gain the tools and confidence to implement environmental education in their classroom and school
  • recognize best practices in environmental education

Course FeeThe course fee is 80 euros per participant per day.

This fee does not cover some expenses like accommodation or travel etc. Costs covering enrolment fees for staff mobility format ‘Courses and training’. ( Source: Erasmus+ Program Guide)
