Course Description | The “Leadership and Management in Education” course is designed for current and aspiring educational leaders who want to develop their skills and knowledge in the areas of leadership, management, and administration. This course provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the key concepts, theories, and practices related to educational leadership and management. In addition to exploring topics such as effective leadership styles, decision-making processes, strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, staff development, and performance evaluation, this course also emphasizes the importance of internationalization and Erasmus+ projects in educational leadership and management. Participants will learn about the benefits of internationalization, including the exchange of best practices, the development of cross-cultural competencies, and the promotion of global citizenship among students and staff.
