Course Description
21st Century Skills: Preparing Students for the Future Workplace is a professional development course designed for teachers who want to equip students with the competencies required to succeed in a rapidly changing global society and future labour market.
Today’s students need more than academic knowledge. They must be able to think critically, solve complex problems, communicate effectively, collaborate with others, adapt to technological change, and act responsibly in diverse and interconnected environments.
Participants will explore the most important 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, digital literacy, innovation, entrepreneurship, intercultural competence, global citizenship, adaptability, and lifelong learning.
Methodology
This course is based on experiential learning, project-based learning, collaborative learning, inquiry-based learning, design thinking, problem-solving activities, case-study analysis, reflective practice, digital learning, and peer learning.
Participants will engage in practical workshops, simulations, teamwork activities, innovation challenges, classroom scenario analysis, and collaborative projects.
