Methodologies Of The Course
– Reflective Practice: Reflective practice involves teachers reflecting on their own teaching practices, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance their instruction. This method helps teachers to continuously improve their practice and better meet the needs of their students.
– Peer Coaching: Peer coaching involves teachers working with a colleague to observe and provide feedback on each other’s teaching practices. This approach allows teachers to receive feedback from someone who understands the challenges and opportunities within the educational setting.
– Role-Playing: Role-playing involves simulating real-life situations, such as difficult conversations or coaching sessions, to help teachers practice their coaching skills in a safe and supportive environment. This approach allows teachers to receive feedback and refine their coaching skills before applying them in real-life situations.
