Agile School Leadership: Driving Institutional Innovation and Digital Strategy in Education is a professional development course designed for school leaders, principals, vice-principals, coordinators, department heads, educational managers, and teachers who aspire to lead educational transformation in rapidly changing learning environments.
Today's schools face continuous challenges related to digital transformation, emerging technologies, changing learner needs, workforce demands, educational innovation, and organizational adaptability. Traditional leadership models are often insufficient to respond effectively to these complex and rapidly evolving circumstances.
This course introduces participants to the principles of agile leadership and strategic innovation management within educational settings. Participants will explore how to build adaptive school cultures, lead digital transformation initiatives, manage innovation projects, foster collaborative leadership, support staff development, and create future-oriented educational strategies.
Methodology
