Course Description
Co-Creating the Future: Triadic Well-being Strategies Connecting Teachers, Learners, and Parents is a professional development course designed for teachers, school leaders, counsellors, trainers, and educational professionals who want to strengthen the relationships between schools, families, and students while creating supportive and sustainable learning environments.
Research consistently shows that student success is influenced not only by classroom teaching but also by the quality of relationships among teachers, learners, and parents.
This course introduces a triadic well-being framework that places teachers, learners, and families at the center of educational success and supports trust, communication, collaboration, social-emotional development, and shared responsibility.
Methodology
This course is based on collaborative learning, social-emotional learning, positive psychology, experiential learning, reflective practice, case-study analysis, systems thinking, restorative approaches, problem-solving activities, and practical school-community partnership development.
Participants will engage in stakeholder mapping exercises, communication simulations, collaborative workshops, well-being audits, relationship-building activities, case-study discussions, and action-planning sessions.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
