Course Description
Coaching has become an increasingly valuable approach in education, supporting both teacher development and student success. Effective coaching helps educators strengthen reflective practice, improve communication, facilitate professional growth, and create collaborative learning environments where both teachers and students can thrive.
This course is designed for teachers, school leaders, mentors, and educational professionals who wish to develop practical coaching skills and integrate coaching approaches into their daily educational practice. Participants will explore coaching models, communication strategies, active listening techniques, goal-setting processes, reflective practices, and collaborative problem-solving approaches. Through practical activities, coaching simulations, and peer-learning experiences, participants will gain the confidence and competencies needed to support the growth and development of students, colleagues, and school communities.
Methodology
The course follows an experiential and collaborative learning approach that combines coaching theory with practical application.
