Course Description
Cooperative Teaching Approaches is a professional development course designed for teachers, trainers, school leaders, counsellors, and educational professionals who wish to create collaborative, inclusive, and supportive learning environments that promote both academic achievement and student well-being.
Modern education requires teachers to move beyond traditional instructional methods and develop classroom cultures built on cooperation, emotional intelligence, positive communication, and strong partnerships among students, families, and educational professionals.
Participants will explore mindfulness practices, emotional intelligence, cooperative learning models, classroom relationship-building strategies, conflict resolution techniques, family engagement approaches, and the principles of the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program.
Methodology
This course is based on experiential learning, cooperative learning, reflective practice, role-playing activities, case-study analysis, collaborative problem-solving, mindfulness exercises, peer learning, and practical classroom applications.
Participants will engage in interactive workshops, emotional intelligence activities, communication simulations, classroom scenario analyses, collaborative planning sessions, and practical exercises designed to strengthen cooperation and relationship-building skills.
