Course Description
Creativity, critical thinking, and lateral thinking are among the most essential competencies for learners and educators in the 21st century. These skills support problem-solving, innovation, communication, collaboration, and lifelong learning while helping teachers create more inclusive, engaging, and student-centred learning environments.
This course is designed for teachers, trainers, and adult educators who want to develop practical strategies for fostering creative, critical, and lateral thinking in diverse learning environments.
Through practical workshops, collaborative activities, project-based tasks, creative challenges, drama techniques, ICT tools, and reflective exercises, participants will learn how to integrate thinking skills into everyday teaching practice.
Methodology
The course follows an experiential and participant-centred approach combining creative thinking exercises, problem-solving workshops, project-based learning, drama activities, collaborative learning, inquiry-based learning, ICT integration, reflective practice, peer learning, and non-formal education methodologies.
Participants will actively apply thinking techniques and develop classroom-ready activities throughout the course.
