Diversity and Gender Equality In The Class

Course Description

The issue of diversity and the desire for equal visibility of gender have brought about the need for collective cultural awareness not only in society but also in schools. The promotion of gender equality and the acceptance of diversity in the educational environment have become two of the most important challenges from the beginning of this century.

This course is intended as a group workshop where we will handle and develop concepts such as gender equality, diverse learners, inclusiveness, sexual identity, disability, positive reinforcement, or social roles and stereotypes, among others, within the education system.

This Erasmus+ Ka1 course is for professionals in the teaching sphere who find inclusive education and equality of opportunities the path to integrating the needs of all students, no matter their family background, gender, or abilities.
