Course Description
ICT Empowerment for All: Bridging Social Gaps, Advancing Gender Equality, and Non-Discrimination is a professional development course designed for teachers, trainers, school leaders, and educational professionals who want to use digital technologies as tools for inclusion, equity, and social empowerment.
Digital technologies have become essential for participation in education, employment, and society. However, many learners still face barriers related to social background, gender, disability, geographic location, and unequal access to technology.
Participants will examine issues such as the digital divide, accessibility, digital inclusion, gender equality in STEM and technology, inclusive digital learning environments, digital citizenship, ethical technology use, and strategies for supporting disadvantaged learners through ICT.
Methodology
This course is based on experiential learning, collaborative learning, project-based learning, reflective practice, case-study analysis, digital learning, peer learning, problem-solving activities, and practical classroom applications.
Participants will engage in interactive workshops, simulations, group discussions, classroom scenario analysis, technology-based activities, and collaborative project development.
