Inclusion Through Tech: Deploying Accessible AI Tools for Diverse and Neurodivergent Learners is a professional development course designed for teachers, trainers, special education professionals, school leaders, and educational support staff who want to create more inclusive learning environments through the effective use of artificial intelligence and accessible digital technologies.
Today's classrooms include students with diverse learning profiles, including learners with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, language differences, sensory needs, and various learning preferences.
This course explores how artificial intelligence and assistive technologies can be used to personalize learning, increase participation, improve accessibility, and strengthen educational outcomes for neurodivergent and diverse learners.
Methodology
This course is based on experiential learning, inclusive education practices, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), collaborative learning, case-study analysis, reflective practice, technology-enhanced learning, accessibility audits, problem-solving activities, and practical classroom applications.
Participants will engage in hands-on exploration of AI tools, accessibility workshops, lesson redesign activities, peer-learning sessions, classroom scenario simulations, and implementation planning exercises.
