A professional Erasmus+ course for teachers, school leaders, trainers, educational managers and administrators who want to create inclusive, equitable and supportive learning environments.
Leadership and Organizational Culture for Inclusive Education is a professional development course designed for teachers, school leaders, trainers, educational managers, and administrators who want to create inclusive, equitable, and supportive learning environments where all students and staff can thrive.
Inclusive education requires more than classroom strategies; it depends on leadership practices and organizational cultures that actively promote diversity, equity, participation, and belonging.
Participants will examine how inclusive leadership can support positive change, reduce barriers to participation, address bias and discrimination, and strengthen collaboration among educators, families, and communities.
This course is based on experiential learning, collaborative learning, case-study analysis, reflective practice, leadership simulations, peer learning, problem-solving activities, action-planning workshops, and group discussions.
Participants will engage in practical exercises that explore real leadership challenges related to inclusion, diversity, organizational change, and school culture.
