Course Description

Leadership and Organizational Culture for Inclusive Education is a professional development course designed for teachers, school leaders, trainers, educational managers, and administrators who want to create inclusive, equitable, and supportive learning environments where all students and staff can thrive.

Inclusive education requires more than classroom strategies; it depends on leadership practices and organizational cultures that actively promote diversity, equity, participation, and belonging.

Participants will examine how inclusive leadership can support positive change, reduce barriers to participation, address bias and discrimination, and strengthen collaboration among educators, families, and communities.

Methodology
