Online Teaching Strategies
A practical Erasmus+ course for teachers who want to design engaging online and blended learning experiences, facilitate digital interaction and improve student success in virtual environments.

Course Description
Online and blended learning have become essential components of modern education. Teachers are increasingly expected to design engaging digital learning experiences, facilitate meaningful online interactions, assess learning effectively, and support students in virtual environments. Successful online teaching requires more than simply transferring classroom materials to digital platforms; it requires pedagogical strategies that promote engagement, collaboration, accessibility, and active learning.
This course is designed for teachers and educational professionals who wish to strengthen their online teaching competencies and develop practical strategies for designing, delivering, and evaluating effective online learning experiences. Participants will explore evidence-based approaches to online pedagogy, digital learning design, student engagement, assessment, collaboration, and communication. Through practical workshops, collaborative projects, and hands-on activities, participants will gain the confidence and skills needed to create high-quality online and blended learning environments that support student success.
Methodology
The course follows a practical and experiential learning approach that combines educational theory with real-world application. Participants will engage in collaborative workshops, digital learning simulations, peer-learning activities, case study analysis, online course design projects, reflective practice sessions, problem-solving challenges, and action-planning exercises. The methodology encourages active participation, experimentation with digital tools, international exchange of experiences, and immediate classroom application.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
