Well-being Ecosystem: Designing Future-Proof Schools for Teachers, Students, and Families is a professional development course designed for teachers, school leaders, counsellors, trainers, and educational professionals who want to build healthier, more resilient, and sustainable educational environments.
Schools today face growing challenges related to student mental health, teacher burnout, family engagement, digital well-being, social-emotional development, and rapidly changing educational demands.
This course explores how educational institutions can design future-ready well-being ecosystems that promote emotional health, resilience, belonging, inclusion, positive relationships, and sustainable educational practices.
Methodology
This course is based on social-emotional learning, positive psychology, systems thinking, collaborative learning, experiential learning, reflective practice, case-study analysis, problem-solving activities, design thinking, and practical school improvement planning.
Participants will engage in well-being audits, collaborative workshops, resilience-building exercises, stakeholder mapping activities, classroom simulations, group discussions, and action-planning sessions.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
