| Day 1 | Introduction to the concept of bullying and school violence. · Information about school violence, bullying, statistics and its impact on victims. · Group activity: Creation of a “types of bullying notebook” in which teachers write examples and illustrations for each type. · Making posters and posters on the importance of reducing bullying in WordArt. |
| Day 2 | Impact of bullying · Case studies: Analysis of real-life situations illustrating the impact of bullying. · Small group discussions: How victims feel and how teachers should react when they observe bullying. · Personal diary: Teachers can write about their feelings about bullying, both as victims and as observers. · Mind map method to include the psychological and emotional effects of bullying on victims. |
| Day 3 | Compassion and empathy · Drama role-playing: simulated bullying scenarios in which participants can learn to intervene positively. · Discussion on empathy: What does it mean to be empathic? How does empathy help us to combat bullying? · Drama method: Group activities that promote collaboration and empathy. |
| Day 4 | Prevention and intervention strategies · Brainstorming method: What can we do to prevent bullying at school? · Develop a comprehensive action plan tailored to participants’ specific school contexts · Share ideas and develop collaboration networks among participants |
| Day 5 | Promoting a respectful environment · Define responsibility: What can each of us do to create a positive school environment? · Thinking Hats Method: Teachers will make the 6 cardboard hats and each group will present a poster on the topic of bullying from the perspective of the hat they wear. · Final Evaluation and Certification Evaluation · Final questionnaire to assess learning and perceptions about bullying as well as feedback on the activities. |
